This is a good place to take your cat. So many vet clinics are crazy dog centric and don't feel welcoming to cat parents, while there's a dog mural on the front , the staff and Vets are very caring of both animals. On my first visit they allowed me to be in the room with my cat which was a great relief for me as this is my first cat and as a cat mom felt just as nervous as she did.They help me get to the bottom of her sneezing and coughing! She has allergies they recommended an over the counter medicine and sent me on my way! With pet insurance I paid I believe $47 for the whole visit.This is a cat compassionate and pet parent empathetic clinic. No patronizing, no lab test fluff, no dismissive antisocial behaviors. Which in the vet industry is almost always too much to ask for.Melrose Vet makes it easy

Thankful for The Melrose Vet! They were able to squeeze me in for a day of appointment for my sweet cat!She had a tapeworm and they were able to check her out, give her a shot and answer all of my questions thoroughly! The staff was super sweet and I was in an out in less than an hour!Street parking out front but they also have a lot in the back which is super helpful!My kitty is feeling so much better !Thank you guys for everything!!!

The vet techs went above and beyond for my pup. They helped me think through all treatment options and were communicative and friendly through the entire process. Will definitely return!

Dr G is so great! One of the best clinics in LA . All the staff are treating you nicely and friendly! All you need is to know that your animals are in good hands and with Dr G you and your animal will be 100% taken care of!! It's clean & safe, they keep records of your animals and send you emails reminding you of their appointments that needed to be done through the year!! So grateful and happy to know that The Melrose Vet can provide and take go care of my babies!!Recommend them for sure!thank you all for everything!!
